Thanks for your interest in being a vendor or sponsors at Cannaval Music Festival and Cannaval Expo. Please fill out the following information and someone will get back to you in regards to available booth spaces and sponsorships. ABSOLUTELY NO BOOTH SHARING, NO SELLING ANY THC PRODUCTS OR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES Combined Cannaval Expo & Cannaval Music Festival Experience expected attendance – 7,000-10,000+ attendees throughout the day.

CANNAVAL VENDOR BOOTHS – Standard 10x10 booths space comes with 6 Vendor passes and a parking pass. Tent, table, chairs and power available for an additional charge. All vendor booth workers must be 21+, NO EXCEPTIONS. CANNAVAL VENDOR LOAD IN Load in Friday November 11 10:00AM-6:00PM – Park on North. East Side Parking Lot – Load in Saturday November 12, 9:00AM-11:30AM CANNAVAL VENDOR LOAD OUT Loud Out Friday 8:30pm-1:00AM (Vendor gates closed and locked at 1:00AM) CANNAVAL VENDOR LOAD OUT Sunday May 1 10:00AM-6:00PM – Park on North East Side Parking Lot VENDOR PARKING LOAD IN/OUT
FRIDAY LOAD IN Vendors may park in the upper north east lot near the entrance to the Cannaval Expo for Load In on Friday, NO VENDOR parking will be allowed on the East Parking Lot on Saturday. SATURDAY LOAD IN Saturday all vendors will have to park in the south lot behind the Festival VIP area and will need to carry/bring their vendor booth items to the Expo area from the south parking lot. Day of the event Vendor Parking will be on the south side of the festival grounds behind the main stage and VIP Areas.
